Will Andretti's rumoured Alfa Romeo takeover land Colton Herta an F1 seat for 2022?

Will Indycar's Colton Herta be an F1 driver in 2022? Alfa Romeo F1 are reportedly set to be bought out, with Michael Andretti ready to take charge. It's also believed Andretti would like IndyCar star Herta to take the last seat on the 2022 Formula 1 Grid if the deal goes ahead.
This news picked up traction at the Turkish Grand Prix and seems timely with United States Grand Prix at COTA just around the corner.
After the success of Drive to Survive and the upcoming Miami Grand Prix, American interest in Formula 1 has been on the rise, a long-term goal for F1s commercial right's holders, Liberty Media.
In this video we look at how this move come about and discuss Herta's chances of taking a seat in F1 for next year, or whether it could go existing Alfa Romeo Sauber driver Antonio Giovinazzi, Guanyou Zhou or Oscar Piastri.
Either way we could see the Andretti name returning to Formula 1 next year, in the same season where there will be two races in the United States.
