Gaining muscle mass takes time. A lot goes into gaining lean muscle including nutrition, rest & recovery, and of course strength training. This is how I gained muscle fast, not too fast, but fast enough. The training elements discussed in this video are using the gymnastic rings for strength and muscle gains, developing the back including the lats, traps, shoulder external rotators, etc. And loaded squats including back squats, front squats, and split squats. The squats develop leg muscle mass including the quads, glutes and hamstrings. Muscle growth transformation can happen with more than just bodybuilding. I also gained weight while intermittent fasting on most days.
