DAY 11 #HYBRIDCHALLENGE - is waiting for ya! I Hope you all enjoyed resting yesterday and recharged some of your batteries again. Let's CRUSH this sweaty UPPER BODY SESH together!

@ my girls: Don't be afraid of using weights!! They won't make you look bulky, they will get you strong - you will burn more calories, get to eat more and looking toned, lean and well shaped!

This workout is a 40 MIN super sweaty sesh. We will be working in Supersets.
I am using 8 kg each dumbbell. Please make sure to choose your weight wisely.

*upper body workout with weights
00:17 - 03:21 warm up
03:24 - 37:40 workout (superset circuit style: 45 sec ON FIRE 🔥, 15 sec rest)
37:44 - 43:00 cool down

Equipment: a pair of Dumbbells (I am using 2x 8 kg - only for your reference)
You can also use waterbottles, weight plates, kettlebells, etc.
* a mat is also recommended
