By using dumbbells and Pilates techniques, the entire body is strengthened, muscles are sculpted, and flexibility is improved. This combination of strength and flexibility training provides a holistic fitness solution for all fitness levels. 🙌🏼

*40 MIN Functional Full Body with Dumbbells X Pilates
Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to.
▸ time: 40 Min + warm up & cool down on top
▸ equipment: 2x Dumbbells (mine: 6 kg each), a mat is recommended
▸ muscles worked: full body
