February highlights | TRAINING VLOG 062

In this video are some of my training highlights of the month of February 2021.

0:00 - Three 5 minute sets with the 32s. As the month progressed, I was able to increase my max from 20 reps to 32 reps.
5:19 - Ladder workout. I did a LC set of 8-10rpm with 2x20kg to 2x38kg in 2kg increments, 1 min on 1 min rest.
7:26 - 1hr lift with Jennifer Hintenberger.

March 2021 is a big month. After coaching myself for far too long, I've hired a coach! Also on March 27th, CKA Nationals takes place. I'll be competing in LC with 2x32kg.
