Jerks, 1 min intervals. 2*36kg at 8/8/8/8 into 2*32kg at 10/10/10/10 into 2*28kg at 12/12/12/12.

Honestly, this wasn't too bad at all 😲

Cardio definitely limiting factor. Heart was beating like crazy.
Since then, I've gotten ill and I'm starting to bounce back. Likely won't be training until Jan 12th as I complete my course of antibiotics for my pneumonia 😕.

Health is always a priority. Training can wait if you're feeling ill!
