HOME ARMS WORKOUT | Rowan Row
Here’s another home workout guys and this time we are concentrating on our arms. Isolation exercises based on bicep and tricep. Enjoy the workout and please comment below your thoughts or any other questions you have.

Exercises:

Biceps
* Bicep curl (weighted bag pack)
* Preacher curl (resistance band)
* Single arm concentration curl (resistance band)

Triceps
* Tricep dips (use a chair)
* Overhead tricep extension (weighted bag pack)
* Single arm tricep kickback ( resistance band)
*

BREAK TIME between the exercises should be around 60sec.
COMPLETE 4 x Sets.
