How to make Tiramisu Ice Cream

This time I tried making the tiramisu ice cream because it is summertime.
It is creamy, smooth, mildly sweeten, and has an elegant and rich taste.
This is my favorite dessert out of all the menu that I have made so far.

Pound cake mold 180x85x60mm
[Espresso dough and coffee liquid] (125 g)
a - Granulated sugar:30g
a - Instant coffee:5g
a - Water:30g
a - Unsalted butter:10g
Graham biscuits:50g
[Instructions]
1. Break the graham biscuits in a bag
2. Mix a and melt in the microwave of 500W for about 20 seconds.
3. Spread the biscuits and soak it in the bowl of ingredients 2
4. Pour at the bottom of the mold
[Tiramisu dough] (670 g)
A - Mascarpone cheese:250g
A - Cream cheese:100g
A - Condensed milk:120g
B - Egg yolk:60g
B - Granulated sugar:30g
C - Fresh cream 35%:100g
C - Granulated sugar:10g
[Instructions]
1.Soften the Mascarpone cheese while it's still cold
2.Warm the cream cheese in the microwave, kneaded and mixed with 1, add condensed milk and mix well
3. Add egg yolk with granulated sugar and seal.
4. Add granulated sugar in fresh cream and whip until soft peak over ice water.
5. Mix it in 2 to 4 portions and put the dough in a mold and solidify in a freezer
