模具尺寸:28cm x 28cm x 3cm
☘️ 蛋糕部分
4个大号鸡蛋(60-65克/个,带壳)
低筋面粉70克
牛奶 60克
植物油 50克
细砂糖 60克
香草精华 4克
少量柠檬汁

☘️内馅和装饰
奶油 350克
芒果 1个
糖粉 28克

☘️**预热烤箱150C/300F
**150C/300F烤制23分钟,调至165C/330F再烤7分钟

🍞INGREDIENTS
Baking Pan Size : 28cm x 28cm x 3cm
☘️ Cake Batter
4 Large egg (60-65g/each with shell)
Cake flour 70g
Milk 60g
Vegetable oil 50g
Caster sugar 60g
Vanilla extract 4g
Lemon juice

☘️Filling and Topping
Whipping cream 350g
Mango 1pc
Icing sugar 28g

☘️** Preheat oven to 150C/300F
**Bake at 150C/300F for 23 mins,adjust to 165C/330F and bake for 7 more mins
