Experiment and relax at the same time by listening to the noises generated by kitchen and the preparations themselves, try to replicate my dessert by turning off any source of noise and appreciating the moment!

MADELEINE:
2 uova
50g zucchero
1 cucchiaio di miele
10g cacao in polvere
120g farina “00”
1g di sale
2.5g lievito per dolci
120g burro

MADELEINE:
2 eggs
50g sugar
1 spoon of honey
10g cocoa powder
120g cake flour
1g salt
2.5g baking powder
120g butter

Dosi per: 12 Madeleine
Serves: 12 Madeleine
N.B: lo stampo che ho utilizzato io è antiaderente quindi non ho dovuto spennelare la superficie con del burro o olio. Nel caso il vostro non lo fosse ricordatevi di farlo per evitare spiacevoli problemi!!
N.B: the mold I used is non-stick so I didn't have to brush the surface with butter or oil. If yours is not, remember to do it to avoid unpleasant problems
