TV stand from ONE sheet of plywood!

This video shows how I built my own tv/stereo console table, using one single 4'x8' sheet of 3/4" plywood.

I used an online plywood sheet optimizer to figure it all out. The software allows you to enter your own part quantities and dimensions and it presents you with the best layout possible to get your moneys worth out of your plywood! I'm pretty sure my calculation only resulted in about 5% waste total.

I ripped the entire sheet down into strips and then cut each strip to length to create my 5 unique parts needed to build the table. In total I cut 100 pieces to create 20 layers of plywood.
