Hybrid Strength Training: PUSH Workout - Calisthenics & Weights (Chest, Shoulders & Triceps)

How I mix & combine calisthenics and weight training with the best of both in a hybrid athlete push workout in the gym for complete strength and power. Chest, shoulders & triceps worked.
You can do and program hybrid training in a variety of ways and on your own preference. Mix calisthenics & weights during same exercise session, or alternate and switch from one day to another. Also with the option to use additional weight for the closed kinetic chain exercises. This is an example how I set it up with different alternatives.

0:00 - Incline Bench Press / Alt. Decline Push Ups
0:17 - Push Press, Shoulder Press / Alt. Pike Push Ups or HSPU
0:45 - Dumbbell Chest Press / Alt. Weighted or Banded Push Up
1:12 - Dips or Straight Bar Dips
1:33 - Diamond Grip Push Ups
1:55 - Tricep Extension Push Ups / ALT. Cable Pushdown
2:09 - Side Delts: Lateral Raises
