Cable Glute Variations: 4-5 Sets X 15-20 Reps - Superset pulse squats
Cable Squats: 5-6 Sets X 15-25 Reps
Hip Abduction Machine: 4-5 Sets X 15-20 Reps - Superset 10 pulsing
Hip Abduction Machine: 5-6 Sets X 15-25 Reps
Seated Calf Machine: 4-5 Sets X 10-15 Reps
