As 1995 draws to a close, Oasis play in Berkeley near San Fransisco as part of the 105 Green Christmas Concert. The source of this show comes straight from the airwaves as this is an FM radio source from a live broadcast. Liam sounds pretty good tonight though sounding a bit rough and nasally at points. The band are all tight with only Noel making some mistakes in Supersonic. Of course being a festival/special appearance, the setlist is truncated again, with four of the six songs played coming from the Morning Glory album, and I would’ve preferred a 3-3 split between both Morning Glory and Definitely Maybe, but nevermind. As it’s nearing Christmas, Noel sings “Christmastimes in bloom” during Don’t Look Back In Anger. It’s an overall decent performance, just not much to say due to the runtime.
