Surprise Vacancy at Rental #8. Will it be Trashed Like Last Time?
My property management company, well old property management company told me the tenants were moved out of this one late last week. The property management company gave us no notice and we had no idea they were moving out.
We decided to take a look at the house and see what shape it is in after two sets of tenants have moved in and out since this property was completely trashed 4 years ago. 4 years ago this house was disgusting! The tenants broke windows, put holes in the walls, broke cabinets, destroyed appliances, and much more. You can see that video here:
