40 MIN ADVANCED LOWER BODY PILATES WORKOUT | STANDING GLUTE STRENGTH

This 40-minute lower body Pilates workout is a standing glute-focused strength class designed to sculpt your legs, build muscle tone, and improve lower body endurance at home. This Pilates x Strength hybrid class uses two moderate-light dumbbells (2kg each) and optional ankle weights (mine are 1kg) to challenge your glutes, quads, and hamstrings through controlled standing sequences.

The main target muscle group is glutes, with some quad and hamstring work as well. It is an Advanced Flow - offering progression layers to challenge you, build time under tension, and get you the burn you want.
