40 MIN ADVANCED PILATES | FULL BODY STRENGTH

Welcome to Flow Pilates. This 40-minute Pilates class is a Full Body Workout using two moderate dumbbells (3-5kg recommended) - I want you to go heavier with the weight today, i'm also using ankle weights for additional resistance (mine are 1kg each) .

This class is a challenging full body flow - that builds strength whilst focusing on precision and control. The target muscle groups are - shoulders, upper back, glutes, quads and deep core control. I’ve named this class as an Advanced Flow - as we keep transitions between exercises fluid - minimising our rest and challenging endurance. The intensity largely depends on the weight you choose - so this is a good chance to up it if you can!
