Elastic Body Connection: lunges in three planes
Lunge-stepping in three planes gradually sinking into lower positions, then shown with reaching of the ipsilateral and contralateral arm. Basic drill for elasticity in the legs in high and low positions; training the front, back, inside and outside of the hips and thighs, coordinating and connecting to the arms through the torso and developing the whole-body spring.
