Hip Mobility for a PERFECT Squat
Today Dr. Aaron Horschig discusses his top 5 hip mobility exercises for a perfect squat. These include:
1) Pigeon Stretch
2) Modified Pigeon Stretch
3) Goblet Squat Stretch
4) Banded Joint Mobilizations
5) Tippy Bird/Hip Airplane
As with all mobility exercises, always test and retest your deep squat to see if you were efficient and effective in finding the right tools to address your restrictions and help you move better!
