The BEST Hip Opener

Are your stiff hips limiting you from squatting or deadlifting with great technique? The half kneeling weight shift is one of my favorite hip openers for improving hip mobility. Try a set of 10 reps for a 5" hold and then re-test your squat or deadlift and see if this is right for you!
