The Absolute Best Piri piri Rotisserie Chicken

This is the absolute best Piri piri chicken cooked on a rotisserie over charcoal! This is the most delicious way of cooking a whole chicken. This spice mix is next level amazing and will have everyone you cook for drooling for more! I was inspired to max this recipe to recreate the amazing rotisserie chickens of my childhood in Montreal. I find that a lot of grocery store chickens, just don't taste the same as they used to. So I wanted to have the real deal delicious chicken again! This recipe did not disappoint!
