Next Level Jalapeno Poppers Wrapped in Bacon, and glazed in Brie, Topped with Blush Wine Jelly!

While I'm travelling I like to pick up little locally made ingredients, or that I found at local shops. So these are my next level Jalapeno Poppers. I stuffed them, wrapped them in bacon, glazed them iwth TRIPLE CREAM goat's Brie, and topped the whole thing off with some blush wine jelly. You don't need to use the jelly, you try a bit of honey, or quince paste or jelly, a few drops of baslamic vinegar. All off these would compliment it so well!
