Steelhead Adventures! Served up with Petit Pois a la Francaise! While traveling across the country!

So on my travels across Canada, I tried to visit as many farms, farmer's markets and local producers as possible. On this journey I stayed at a place called Watersong Farms, who produce Steelhead (or Trout), and chickens. It wasn't chicken season, but I happened to the there on the day of harvesting some Steelhead.

The place was incredible. It really opened my eyes to how fish can be raised indoors in an organic totally natural way. I had a good tour with the owner and bought some Steelhead and smoked Steelhead for my dinner. The smoked Steelhead isn't in this video, but it was absolutely superb!
