Exercise one (halo to squat)
-12 full reps, 4 sets

Exercise two (squat hold lunge steps)
-30 seconds on for 3 sets

Exercise three (kettlebell swings)
-20 full reps 3 sets

Exercise four (squat and press)
-12 full reps, 4 sets

Exercise five (kettlebell pushups)
-45 seconds on, 3 sets
