🔟 Resistance Band Exercises with Reps & Sets included ‼️

Resistance training is great for many reasons, they are easy to travel with, they are inexpensive and they can engage muscles that you never knew existed!

Resistance training can be added to your weekly training especially if you’re looking to consistently shock your muscles with band tension.

Resistance bands can also challenge your exercise but there are also ways to make an exercise easier. For example, doing pull-ups. Throwing a resistance band over the pull-up bar and slipping your feet on the bottom end will allow you to pull up with more ease.
