Full Body Kettlebell Workout

All you need is a kettlebell but if you only have dumbbells or sticking to just bodyweight, this workout can still be done. Let’s get after it 👊🏽

Workout description: each exercise you will complete 4 rounds of 40 seconds on with a 20 second rest. After all 4 rounds are done. Take a minute or two to recover and then go into the next exercise and complete the same pattern as exercise one. Super challenging. You’ll be drenched but Gains will be made 🔥

1. Table top taps, loaded beast high jump to side kick through

2. Single arm Push Plank

3. Kneeling Clean to Squat, Cossack

4. Walking super man plank
