Albert Jungmann: Nocturne in G major
Phillip Sear plays a nocturne from around 1872 by the Prussian composer Albert Jungmann (1824–92).

Jungmann was Prussian-born, but spent most of his working life in Rome and Vienna. 'Heimweh' (Dreams of Home), Op.117, from 1858, which I videoed in 2008, is perhaps his best-known work.
Although maybe generic (it does rather take after John Field), this piece—which doesn't seem to come from a numbered opus—is really well-written.
