Ingredients (Fan Size: Diameter 16cm, Height 7cm)
Cream Cheese 200g, Butter 40g
40 g of sugar
4 egg yolks
90 g of milk
10g lemon juice
30g cake flour(or All purpose flour)
How to make meringue: 4 egg whites, 50 g sugar
Cream cheese, butter 1 hour at room temperature
Preheat the oven
