HI EVERY BODY!!! First, of all I love you so much!! Second of all, I have a problem, I eat the SAME thing everyday...I mean I am not bored of it but that doesn't ode too well for a diet that has variety so I decided it is time to switch it up. I am starting a series on my channel where I copy nutritious 'What I Eat in a Day' videos from YouTubers who ACTUALLY know about nutrition. This week I set out to copy the lovely Natacha Océane! I am so happy so many of you told me to check out her channel because she is AMAZING and I feel like I can learn a lot from her! She is sooo close to hitting 1 million subscribers and she definitely deserves it so please, if you haven't already, go check out her channel! :)

Natacha's slaw recipe:
1/3 of a red cabbage shredded
2 carrots shredded
~15 radishes sliced
Handful of mint chopped
1 tbsp Lemon
1tbsp vinegar (any kind)
1tbsp olive oil
Mix everything into a bowl and serve!

DANCE CHALLENGE:
The 21 dance challenge I am doing has already gotten underway but I will leave the Fitness Marshall playlists I made up so you can start it at any time! They can be found in the playlist tab of my channel! All you have to do is dance for 30 minutes a day for 21 days!
