A SETBACK IN MY WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY + Quick meals for when you have a debilitating sunburn lol
HI FRIENDS!!! I failed to reapply sunscreen so I am experiencing the first true hiccup in my weight loss journey (not counting my incredibly strong procrastinating skills) I can't work out because it hurts to be alive in the present moment and I have to either eat laying down or standing up...bending is not an option lol. It is okay though, these things happen. There are a lot of things outside of our control (even though this was completely preventable) We just have to weather the storm and do the best we can sometimes. It is never going to be perfect. Especially when I am involved lol.
