Today I made this fab chocolate orange trifle :) Perfect for the festive period!

I’ve listed everything I used down below in case you want to give it a go for yourself :)

Enough for 6-8 people

50g Orange marmalade
100g Milk chocolate
3 peeled & chopped clementines/satsumas/mandarins or tangerines
200g Dark or milk chocolate (for the mousse)
200g Golden caster sugar (plus an extra tablespoon for the mousse)
The juice of 1 lemon and 1 orange
500ml ready made custard
1100ml Double cream (600 for the posset, 500 for the mousse)
1 Can of peaches chopped & drained
200ml Natural yogurt
The zest of 1 orange & 1 lemon
200g Madeira cake
3 Egg whites
2 Tablespoons vodka (optional)
Chocolate buttons for decorating.
