Hallowe’en 🎃 Peppermint Creams recipe 🎃

Hey guys! So here's the wee peppermint creams recipe which I made at Halloween :) I made them again today....and they're already all gone lol. These are absolutely delicious....and just melt in your mouth! A must try and not expensive either. The perfect combination of mint & chocolate. Shoping List:

1 Egg white (at room tempreature)
350g Sifted Icing sugar/powdered sugar or confectioners sugar
200g Melted chocolate
1/2 - 1 Teaspoon peppermint extract
A little colouring
