Easy Lemon Drizzle cake recipe :) bake with me!

Hey guys :)
I hope you're all having a fab day! Today I'm making lemon drizzle cake :) this is ridiculously moist, so nice with a cup of tea or served with custard!
I've listed everything I used down below.

Makes 9 good squares

I used:

275g Self raising flour
1 Teaspoon baking powder
225g Caster sugar
4 Tablespoons whole milk
4 Large eggs
225g Room temperature butter
Grated zest of 2 lemons
Juice of 3 lemons
175g Granulated sugar

***If you don't have self raising flour...here's what you can do!
Sift together 2 teaspoons of baking powder for every 150g of plain flour. Mix together well in a separate bowl before using!***
