Another New House Flip Bought With a lot of Surprises! Purchased 11/20/2020

I bought this house from a wholesaler for $218,000. The house needs some work but I have bought much worse! The house also had quite a few surprises in it that I had no idea were there when I first looked at it.

The house will need about $35,000 to $40,000 in repairs and we will have another $25,000 in other costs as well. The house should be worth about $330,000 when it is finished. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, but needs some work to get the bedrooms and bathrooms functional.

The property also has a 2 car garage and a large lot that backs to a park! You can see some of the surprises that we found in the backyard and in the basement that needs some work as well.
