House Flip #224 Bought $425k! Very Unique 3,700 SQFT Home on 2.5 Acres in Rattlesnake Territory!

We just bought this house flip in the country and it is a very unique and interesting property. This was for sale on the MLS and we got it quite a bit below the list price even though I hear that is impossible over and over.

The property has almost 4,000 square feet and has had at least one addition over the years. There are 4 or 5 bedrooms with 2 baths, a loft, basement, 2 kitchens right next to each other, and much more.

The property has a few outbuildings but no real garage. I think I failed to mention it in the video but we are throwing around the idea of building a garage since it will add a ton o value in this area.

This house is also in rattlesnake territory! But, the friend of the previous owners who showed up while I was filming said the old owners had three giant bull snakes to keep the rattlers away!

We will have many updates on this one while we clean it out and figure out what to do with the interior!
