062423 CIMARRON CREEK MOTORCYCLE FATAL

Just after 5 pm, Montgomery County received a call for a motorcycle crash on  Cimarron Creek Drive in the Cimarron Creek Subdivision. Montgomery County Fire arrived on the scene to find a male deceased. DPS investigated the crash. A 2005 Harley Davidson motorcycle was southbound on Cimarron Creek. The driver came out of a slight curve, hit, and went over the curb. He then traveled a short distance and slammed into a tree. Montgomery County Sheriff's Office assisted with traffic control. Montgomery County Precinct 1 Justice of the Peace Wayne Mack ordered Eickenhorst Funeral Directors to transport the victim to the Montgomery County Forensic Center for autopsy.
