5 HOME EXERCISES TO REDUCE BELLY FAT EFFECTIVELY

If you are struggling to reduce that belly fat, I have 5 simple and effective home exercises that will help to achieve that. This home workout is suitable for men and women both and can be done at home without any equipment.

I have provided detailed explanation and demonstration of how to do each of these exercises -
1) Squats
2) Lunges
3) Step-ups
4) Plank
5) Burpees

Do at least 10-12 repetitions of these home exercises, and repeat couple of times or more. You will surely see inch loss from your belly with time. You can make these exercises more challenging with time by adding a dumbbell or barbell.
