Step 5. Implementation of the PM4R Agile plan

Once the PM4R Agile plan is developed for the next three months, what follows is to carry out the committed work for each sprint.

As seen in chapter 3, in this process the team, the agile leader and if it is the case, the contractors and other key stakeholders must participate. The techniques that are used to perform the work are: meetings, Expert opinion and communication. The output of the performance of the sprint is the set of deliverables.

It is suggested to use a board like the following, which is an adaptation of the
Kanban method, which in turn derives from the lean production system developed in Toyota. "Kanban" is a Japanese word that means "board." This board shows the work at each stage of the process of "production" defined by the team.
