Step 2. Selection of the priority works
Once the existing project planning elements have been analyzed, and there is a
revised / improved WBS, the team, with the collaboration of the product owner and
the super agile leader, selects the work to be done for the next three months. These
works must have three characteristics:
o Priority (which has preference over another thing)
o Critical (which has great importance and requires urgent attention
or action)
o Achievable (which can be obtained or achieved).
If a work does not have these three characteristics, it should not be selected. It is also
fundamental that the selected works have a significant weight in the budget or are
part of the critical path. As well as a person in charge who is part of the team that is
present during this process
