Wrist rehab

Bike, steady, 30 min

November 25, 2019

Squat, 4 x 10 at 225# (on 4th set, only did 3 reps, just wasn't feeling it)
Wrist rehab

Press / Bottoms up press / clean and press, RH, 12kg

Squat 1RM testing -- 365#! Woohoo!
Press, 12kg, 5 x 10-15/10-15
Assault bike, intervals, 8 x 10:20.

(Yes, I'm aware that my squats are about parallel, but this is the best I can do with good form for my body type)
