Chair Exercises for SENIORS or BEGINNERS | 7 Day Program | DAY 5

7 day beginner chair exercises designed for seniors or beginners who want or need to exercise in a chair. The 7 day program combines cardio, strength training, and stretching to give a full-body workout. Chair exercises can be a great way to get exercise while staying safe at the same time. Let me know how you do in the comment section below and please share with friends. In today's workout, we will be doing 10 minutes each of cardio, core exercises, and stretching for a full 30 minute class. No weights needed today unless you want the extra workout.
