Welcome to our top pranayama breathing techniques for daily practice! In this 30-minute guided practice, Arhanta Yoga’s master trainer, Ram Jain, will guide you through a series of powerful breathing exercises that can be done by anyone, from complete beginners to regular practitioners.

🔷 Kapalabhati
🔷 Anuloma Viloma
🔷 Bahaya pranayama
🔷 Ujjayi, and
🔷 Bhramari pranayama
To ensure a safe and effective practice, it's important to practice in a clean and well-ventilated space and to maintain gentle, non-exerting breaths throughout. Additionally, keeping your focus on your inhalation, exhalation, and retention will help you get the most out of your practice.
However, if you are pregnant or have hypertension or anxiety, we recommend avoiding Kapalbhati and Bahaya Pranayama.
