Another Unit Remodeled at the Ocho (8 Plex with 16 garages): What did we Do Different?

The Ocho is an 8 plex with 16 garages that we bought in 2021. We paid $1.35 million for it and so far it was been a good investment and has been working out well.

The rents were low when we bought it and we have had three units go vacant since we have had it. The first two we remodeled quickly and were able to rent for $1,250 a month. This unit was rented for around $1,000 a month and we just finished up a quick remodel on it as well.
