アルピナがBMWのE46の3シリーズ車をベースに、高性能なチューニングを施したコンプリートカーである。Bはガソリンエンジン搭載を表し、3.3は排気量、リムジンは4ドアセダンを表す。
外観はフロントスポイラーやリアスポイラー、フィンタイプのアルミホイールが装着され、更にエンジン、サスペンション、ブレーキ、操作系パーツにオリジナルのチューニングが施されている。
ゲトラグ社製の6MTを搭載し、搭載される直列6気筒DOHCエンジンは3299ccの排気量から、最高出力285ps(210kW)/6200rpm、最大トルク34.2kg・m(335.4N・m)/4500rpmを発揮した

The exterior is equipped with a front spoiler, rear spoiler, and fin-type aluminum wheels, and the engine, suspension, brakes, and operating parts are all tuned.
Equipped with a Getrag 6MT, the in-line 6-cylinder DOHC engine has a displacement of 3299cc, a maximum output of 285ps (210kW) / 6200rpm, and a maximum torque of 34.2kg・m (335.4N・m) / 4500rpm.
