★スバル レガシィツーリングワゴン 3.0Rに関して
4代目として2003年に登場、開発テーマは「走りと機能と美しさの融合」であった。
衝突安全性能向上のため、ボディの全幅を先代より35mm増やしたため全車3ナンバーサイズとなった。
また「等長等爆エキゾーストマニホールド」を採用した事により、水平対向エンジンの宿命と言われた「排気干渉」を防ぐとともに、燃焼効率の向上を果たした。

マッキントッシュサウンドシステムやDVDナビ+7インチタッチパネル式ディスプレイなどの快適装備もオプションで装着可能。
カーゴルームは、荷室側からのボタン操作一つで簡単にバックレストが前倒しでき、フラットなフロアを実現するワンタッチフォールディング機構を備えていた。

搭載される水平対向6気筒DOHC24バルブエンジンは2999ccの排気量から、最高出力250ps(184kW)/6600rpm、最大トルク31.0kg・m(304N・m)/4200rpmを発揮した。

Introduced in 2003 as the 4th generation, the development theme was "fusion of driving, function and beauty".
In order to improve collision safety performance, the overall width of the body was increased by 35 mm from the previous generation, making it the number 3 size for all cars.
In addition, by adopting an "equal-length, constant-explosion exhaust manifold", it prevents "exhaust interference", which is said to be the fate of horizontally opposed engines, and improves combustion efficiency.

Comfortable equipment such as Macintosh sound system and DVD navigation + 7-inch touch panel display can be installed as an option.
The cargo room was equipped with a one-touch folding mechanism that enabled the backrest to be easily folded forward with a single button operation from the cargo room side, realizing a flat floor.

The horizontally opposed 6-cylinder DOHC 24-valve engine mounted has a maximum output of 250ps (184kW) / 6600rpm and a maximum torque of 31.0kg・m (304N・m) / 4200rpm from a displacement of 2999cc.
