Surfer fatally stabbed at Coffs Harbour
A surfer has died after being stabbed at Coffs Harbour on the New South Wales mid north coast.
The 22-year-old was found with multiple stab wounds in the Parks Beach Reserve just before 7am today.
He was taken to hospital but later died.
Police are conducting a homicide investigation.
