Crazy Frog - Master Your Hip Mobility!
Hey Sqwod! It's time to dive into a move that'll have your hips groovin' and your mobility skyrocketing. Introducing the Crazy Frog! Let's get into it!
HOW TO:
1. Base Camp Ready:
Start by placing your knees on the ground, hands stacked right under your shoulders. We're building a strong foundation!
2. Turn Those Feet Outward:
Externally rotate your feet, so your instep is nicely grounded. It's like setting the stage for some froggy magic!
3. Hip Rock 'n' Roll:
Time to get a little crazy! Gently rock your hips forward and backward, all in slow and controlled movements. Feel that sweet release in those hips!
Recommended Reps: Aim for 8-10 rockin' reps. Your hips will thank you!
PRO TIP: Easy does it, squad! Listen to your body. Only go as far as your hips and groin comfortably allow. No need to push beyond your limits. And when getting into position, take it slow and steady.
