Leg Cradles - Nurture Your Hips!
Hey Sqwod! Get ready to give your hips some TLC with the Leg Cradles exercise. It's all about mobility and showing those hips some love. Let's dive in!
HOW TO:
1. Foundation Firm:
Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart, arms relaxed by your sides. This is your starting stance, steady and strong.
2. Right Leg Lift:
Lift your right knee and cradle it in your right hand. It's like you're giving your leg a little hug!
3. Cradle and Embrace:
Reach your left hand to grab your right ankle. Now, stand tall with proud posture, gently pulling your right leg towards your chest. Feel that nurturing stretch.
4. Lower with Control:
Slowly release your leg back to the ground. It's all about that controlled motion.
5. Switch Sides:
Repeat the same steps on the other side. Left leg, here we come!
Recommended Reps: Aim for 8-10 reps on each leg. Your hips will thank you!
