It might seem strange kind of food for many but for many is a delicious & fun food. We have many kinds of recipes made with sheep’s pluck. Almost every people in Middle East & Iran love any dish made with liver. One of it is Iranian style haggis. There are many different ways to prepare this recipe according to different cities in Iran. Such as Shiraz, Zanjan or Tehran, each city makes it differently. Even the pronunciation of the dish is different; some say Jagoor Bagoor, some say Jagool Bagool. But regardless of all that, it’s alway delicious and mouthwatering

ingredients I used:
some sheep's liver
2 potatoes
1 onion
black pepper powder - turmeric powder & salt

غذاهای بسیاری از دل و جگر گوسفند آماده میشود. شاید برای خیلی این نوع غذا عجیب به نظر برسد ولی برای خیلی دیگر غذایی بسیار لذیذ و جالب است. تقریبا تمام مردم اینجا در خاورمیانه و ایران عاشق غذاهایی که با جگر درست میشود هستند. یکی از آن غذاها جغور بغور ایرانی است که هر شهری از ایران روش طبخ خاص خودش را دارد. بطور مثال روش طبخ این غذا در زنجان و یا شیراز و یا تهران باهم مقداری فرق دارد. حتی تلفظ این غذا نیز متفاوت است. برخی به آن جغور بغور و برخی دیگر به آن جغول بغول میگویند ولی با تمام این تفاوتها این غذا همیشه خوشمزه بوده و با شنیدن نامش آب دهان سرازیر میشود

مواد لازم
مقدار جگر گوسفندی
سیب زمینی ۲ عدد
پیاز ۱ عدد
پودر فلفل سیاه و پودر زردچوبه و نمک
