How To Do Seated Rows | Shoulder Exercise
The seated rows shoulder exercise is performed while the athlete sits on the floor with the band looped around the feet, crossed in front and an end in each hand. Starting with the arms straight, they pull the arms back, bending the elbows, until the hands are level with the chest. The seated row is a perfect shoulder injury exercise working the Trapezius & Romboids.
